CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY: 

 

Where floor coverings are being fitted all rooms must be clear of furniture and old floor coverings, unless agreed beforehand in writing with SHANKS FLOORING.

 

 

SUB FLOORS AND DOOR CLEARANCES:  

 

are the responsibility of the customer any concerns contact the shop prior to fitting.

 

 

FITTING TIMES: 

 

We will Endevour to fit floors at dates specified we cannot be held liable with any delays outwith our control.  If customer delays carpet fitting full payment on balance of flooring will be required.

 

 

TITLE: 

 

All Invoiced goods will only pass to buyer or customer when full payment is received and cleared by SHANKS FLOORING.

 

 

PAYMENT: 

 

Full payment or balance is due on the day of fitting.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS: 

 

We regret that no cancellations can be accepted once material is ordered.

 

 

WASTE/PACKAGING: 

 

Will be the responsibility of the customer unless agreed prior to fitting, due to local councils disposal charges.

 

 

LATE/DISHONHOURED PAYMENTS: 

 

We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts.
